Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically reflected in your account balance instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned, obvious pricing errors, system errors that resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, or in cases of suspected match manipulation. In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to your account balance.
In-play betting is available on selected cricket and football markets. Live odds are updated in real time and bets are accepted subject to a brief delay for processing. During this delay, odds may shift and your bet will be accepted at the odds confirmed at the point of successful placement, not at the odds displayed when you clicked to place the bet.

1 PKR Game reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. Common reasons for suspension include suspected fraud, breach of these terms, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, or a request from a user to self-exclude.
If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach of terms, you will be notified via your registered email address. You will have the opportunity to respond and provide any relevant information within a reasonable timeframe. Where a breach is confirmed, the account closure will be made permanent and any bonuses and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real money deposits that are not associated with any prohibited conduct will be returned.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you can contact our support team at any time. We will process the closure promptly and return any eligible real money balance to your registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.
